The one I&#8217;m showcasing here was first brought to my attention by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adafruit.com\/blog\/2011\/08\/02\/sousvide-o-mator\/\">Adafruit blog<\/a>.  I found out from the developer that he was in the midst of a full write-up, so I held off on posting.  Now that <a href=\"http:\/\/blagg.tadkom.net\/sousvide-o-mator\">the write-up is done<\/a>, we can see that he&#8217;s put together an impressive little project.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/26730692?title=0&amp;byline=0&amp;portrait=0&amp;autoplay=0\" width=\"450\" height=\"300\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Great documentation, excellent implementation of the PID Library, delicious, delicious meat?  What&#8217;s not to love?
